Higuerón South is situated 1.6 kilometres from the beach in the Reserva Del Higueron luxury residential complex, one of Fuengirola's most prestigious urbanisations. Higuerón South has a communal garden with two swimming pools and a children's pool, surrounded by sunbathing lawns and palm trees. The luxurious modern apartments are designed and decorated with attention to detail. The development offers everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing holiday, including stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Mijas mountains. Within the urbanisation, 600 metres from the apartment, you will find the Nagomi Spa and Reserva del Higueron Sports Centre. Here you can (at a fee) enjoy tennis, paddle tennis, spinning, wellness spa, gym, massage, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hairdressing salon and restaurants including the famous Michelin starred restaurant "SOLLO" with chef Diego Callegos

At 2.8 km you will find the commercial centre with Carrefour supermarket and several restaurants and bars. The resort is 1.6km from Carvajal beach. From Carvajal beach you can also take the train to the centre of Fuengirola or Málaga. Fuengirola's promenade and beaches are 2 km from the apartment.

Terrace
From the living room you can access the spacious south-west facing terrace, which has a dining area with 4 chairs and two sun loungers. The terrace has two electric awnings. From the terrace, you can enjoy views of the sea, the coast and the mountains of Mijas. 

Garden and pool
Higueron South Resort has a communal garden with sunbathing area and palm trees, two swimming pools and a children's pool. There are outdoor showers and toilets by the pools. Outside high season the pool may be closed.

Update 2024: Due to the drought situation on the Costa del Sol, the pools may remain closed until further notice.

There are two private parking spaces in the underground garage with lift access to the apartment.

A car is required for this apartment.

This is a new urbanisation so construction work is taking place in the area. Generally, this causes no inconvenience and has little or no impact on the peace and quiet in the apartment.
