The luxury apartment has two bedrooms with comfortable beds, two beautiful bathrooms with walk-in showers and a fully equipped modern open kitchen. There is air conditioning in all rooms as well as free Wi-Fi internet and a flat screen TV with some international channels. On the terrace you can enjoy the view over the boulevard, the beach and the sea. At the rear of the apartment where the bedrooms are is a second terrace with sun in the afternoon.

For beach lovers, this apartment is located on a prime location in Fuengirola, right on the beach and the Paseo Marítimo Rey de España and close to the port. Within 200 meters distance you will find a wide variety of restaurants, bars, terraces, shops and supermarkets. The famous Plaza Chinorros (tapas square) and and Plaza de Constitución (church square) are located at 170 meters and 220 meters from the apartment. Distances to Fuengirola port 500 meters, bus station 700 meters, train station 800 meters, Bioparc zoo 700 meters and Aqua Park Mijas (water park) 1.4 kilometers. In short, an ideal apartment for a wonderful relaxing beach holiday for families or couples. Due to the central location a car is not required. From Malaga Airport you can travel quickly and comfortably by taxi or train to Fuengirola. Malaga Airport is only 25 km away.

Two bedrooms, both with plenty of wardrobes, air conditioning / heating and sliding doors to the second terrace with sun in the afternoon. The master bedroom has a double bed of 160 X 200 and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a double bed of 160 x 200. A baby cot and high chair are available on request.

There is no private parking available. You can park along the boulevard and in a nearby parking garage at a fee. In this garage you can also park for longer periods at a special rate. In the various side streets within walking distance of the penthouse you can park for free.
For this holiday accommodation a car is not necessary because it is located within walking distance of the beach, shops, restaurants, bars and public transport.

This accommodation is not available for weekends, parties and / or celebrations only.
In order to improve the quality of your check-in on site, we recommend that you pay the full amount before your arrival. This is the total amount including extras and deposit. Arrival outside office hours. After 17:00 hours or in the weekend, the entire amount must be paid in advance.
Upon arrival on Monday to Friday before 17:00 you will be personally checked in and escorted to your holiday accommodation. The keys will then be handed over to you in our office. For arrivals after 17:00 you can get keys from one of our key safes. The route and details will then be sent to you by e-mail.
Please note that for this accommodation a security deposit of € 250,00 is required. This security deposit will be refunded to your bank account after your departure if the accommodation and the interior are in the same condition as on arrival. For more information please see our Rental Conditions.
