This very central located holiday villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, air-conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room. The villa is on one level. There is a ample living room (with IPTV and free Wifi) and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a covered terrace/dining area which can be closed completely with glass curtains. The south facing terrace leads to the garden. In the garden and on the terraces around the villa you can relax on one of the sun beds by the pool or on the comfortable terrace furniture. There is also a lovely gazebo with lounge furniture where you can enjoy a good book and a nice drink. In this lovely closed and private garden you will always find a place in the sun or shade somewhere. The beautiful secluded garden offers many fruit trees, subject to season (feel free to help yourself and taste the lemons and oranges in the season). The 8 x 4 pool is situated on the south with sun all day. The pool has a small closed off section where children can safely play. The villa has a closed of driveway which provides a parking space for one car.
The villa is located in the upper part of Torreblanca at only 5 minutes by car from the beach and 8 minutes to centre of Fuengirola. The villa is ideal for up to 6 persons and is the perfect place for a relaxing family holiday or for a group of golfers. The Torreblanca train station, supermarket, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance (800 meters but hilly area) or 4 minutes driving. The villa is located only a 25 minute drive from Malaga airport and Marbella. There are several golf courses within short driving distance.

The second bedroom has a double bed of 160 x 190. The third bedroom has 2 single beds of 90 X 190. In total there is sleeping accommodation for 6 people. A children high chair and baby cot are available on request.
There are two bathrooms. The en-suite master bathroom has a bathtub, a separate shower cabin, a bathroom cabinet with double washbasin and a toilet. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower, a bathroom cabinet with washbasin and a toilet.
There is a terrace in front of the living room level. Part of the terrace in front of the living room is covered and can be closed completely with glass curtains. The terraces are orientated on the south and west and there is always a place in the sun or the shade. There are 4 sunbeds around the swimming pool.
Private swimming pool of 8 x 4 with closed off section for young children. The pool is cleaned once or twice per week, depending on the season.
