The living room is modern and tastefully decorated with a living and dining area. Next to the living room and bedrooms there is a large terrace corner on the south and east. This terrace has a dining room, a gas barbecue and a lounge corner to relax and enjoy the views. From the terrace you have unsurpassed views of the coast, the sea and the mountains of Mijas. The terrace is partially closed with sliding glass panels, so there is always a place without wind on a windy day. Partly due to the partially enclosed terraces, this attic is also ideal for winter visitors. The fully equipped kitchen has its own terrace in the northeast. Arana de Mijas
The Arana de Mijas apartment complex is situated on the edge of the golf course and the Cerrado del Águila golf club. Arana is about 4.5 km from the famous town of Fuengirola, 30 km from Malaga airport. And in the Cerrado del Águila you can also find the clubhouse with restaurant and several tennis / paddle tennis courts. Arana de Mijas was recently built and consists of 5 modern apartment buildings with a shared garden with swimming pool and a sunbathing area with hammocks. You have access to a private parking space and underground parking.
Fuengirola is one of the most popular holiday destinations on the Costa del Sol. Fuengirola has wide sandy beaches and an 8 kilometre long promenade. In the marina of Fuengirola you can practice different water sports such as diving, fishing in the sea, dolphin watching, etc.. You can also book a boat trip to Benalmádena. In the port you will also find cozy bars and restaurants. The remains of the Moorish castle Castillo Sohail on the west side of Fuengirola are worth a visit. In the summer months, various festivities are organised in and around the castle, including concerts, a medieval market and a German beer festival. On Tuesdays and Saturdays there are weekly markets in the fairgrounds, just outside the centre. On Sunday there is a smaller market on the site behind the mosque. The second bedroom has 2 single beds of 90 X 220 which are placed together. Cradles and high chairs can be added on request.

In order to improve the quality of your check-in on site, we recommend that you pay the full amount before your arrival. This is the total amount including extras and deposit. Arrival outside office hours. After 17:00 hours or in the weekend, the entire amount must be paid in advance.
Upon arrival on Monday to Friday before 17:00 you will be personally checked in and escorted to your holiday accommodation. The keys will then be handed over to you in our office. For arrivals after 17:00 you can get keys from one of our key safes. The route and details will then be sent to you by e-mail.
