The bright living and dining room with modern open-plan kitchen is located on the ground floor. Large glass sliding doors let in plenty of natural light and provide direct access to the terrace and private garden.

Outside the high season, the swimming pool may be temporarily closed due to weather conditions, maintenance, drought or other circumstances determined by the complex.

Maintenance of the private splash pool

The splash pool on the roof terrace is maintained once a week by a pool company. Access is arranged through the concierge, so you do not need to stay at the property.

The splash pool may temporarily be unavailable while maintenance is being carried out. Regular maintenance is necessary to keep the water level and water quality in good condition.

La Cala de Mijas within walking distance

La Valvega is located on the edge of La Cala de Mijas. From the house, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, cafés, terraces, the promenade and the beach are all just a short walk away.

La Cala de Mijas is a former fishing village with a wide sandy beach and a lively but relaxed centre. Along the promenade and in the streets behind it, you will find Spanish tapas bars, Mediterranean restaurants and international cuisine.

From Torreón de La Cala, the Senda Litoral follows the Mediterranean coastline. Head west along the coast towards Riviera del Sol, Calahonda and on to Cabopino. In the opposite direction, the route continues east towards El Chaparral and Fuengirola.

The old watchtower, Torreón de La Cala, is around 700 metres from the house and recalls La Cala's past as a fishing village. Inside the tower is a small historical exhibition. The Torreón is open from 1 July to 31 August.

The garage is accessed through an automatic door with remote control. The complex itself is fully gated.
