Costa Andalucía Holidays is legally obliged to provide the passport data of all tenants aged 16 and older to the corresponding police station where the accommodation is registered, in accordance with Decree of 2 February 2016 for Housing with tourist purposes “Decreto 28/2016 Viviendas con fines turísticos”.
