This beautiful holiday apartment has everything for a wonderful long winter holiday in Spain.
The apartment is located in the beautiful beach resort Hacienda Playa in Elviria - Marbella. Hacienda Playa is located directly on the sandy beach of Elviria on the Costa del Sol. The apartment has a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa and armchairs, a dining table with 4 chairs and sliding doors to the terrace. There are 2 spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and sliding doors to the terrace. The separate kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances. All rooms have air conditioning for cooling and heating. Free Wi-Fi via fibre optic is available. The apartment is on the ground floor and has a large, partly covered terrace of 72m2, followed by a private garden with two sun beds and plenty of sun. Even in spring, autumn and winter, you can enjoy many hours of sunshine in your own garden. From the private garden you have access to the shared subtropical garden, the swimming pool and the children's pool. On the terraces around the pool there are free-to-use sun beds.
The apartment is located in Hacienda Playa in Elviria just 300 meters walking distance from the beach and the beach restaurant Merendero Cristina. The apartments are set amid subtropical gardens with beautiful water features, two generous swimming pools and a children's pool. The commercial centre of Elviria with 3 supermarkets, several good local and international restaurants, tapas bars, shops and a taxi stand is located just a 15 minutes' walk (1 km) from the apartment.
At 700 meters from the apartment is the world-famous Nikki Beach Club

The large covered terrace of 72 m2 is oriented to the southwest. The terrace has a terrace table with 4 chairs, a sofa with two armchairs and two sun beds. From the terrace you enter the private garden where you can enjoy many hours of sunshine in spring, autumn and winter.

Beautiful communal gardens with two swimming pools, a children's pool and sun terraces with free sun beds. The pool rules and times are listed at the pools.
