Winter visitors, who book a minimum of 4 weeks, can take advantage of the low occupancy in the winter months. Staying longer for the same amount of money is the motto. For winter visitors we have special rates for a stay of 1 month or longer in the period from 1 November to 31 March. Fully equipped accommodations
The accommodations offered by Costa Andalucia Holidays for your winter stay, are luxury apartments and detached villas and houses with a private terrace or garden. The accommodations are situated in beautiful locations and often close to the beach or a golf course. The houses and apartments have a living room with free Wifi internet and television with, in most cases, various English and other international channels, heating (usually via air conditioning) and at least one bedroom, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. All accommodations are equipped with the necessary appliances, including a hair dryer, washing machine, ironing board and iron, drying rack, hoover, broom, mop, etc. The beds are made and for hibernators an extra set of bed linen plus four towels per person are available.

Many different flats for winter rentals are located directly on the beach, promenade or within short walking distance thereof. Here, all amenities such as supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars and public transport are usually literally around the corner.

The accommodations can be divided into two categories.

Accommodations where you don't need a car.
In these accommodations all facilities such as restaurants, supermarkets shops, beach and public transport are within walking distance. A car is not really necessary, but to see more of the surroundings you can occasionally rent a car.

Accommodations where a car is necessary.
These are accommodations for the more active hibernators who bring their own car or rent a car. These properties are usually situated a little further from the beach and amenities such as supermarkets, shops and restaurants, and have a parking space or garage for your car. These accommodations usually have a beautiful view and are located in a quieter area. They are often close to nature and are usually a bit cheaper.p>
