Spacious furnished apartment by the sea
The apartment is situated in the small Puerta del Mar complex in Benalmádena Costa. The name literally means “door to the sea” and suits this exceptional location perfectly. From the communal garden, steps lead directly down to the quiet beach.
The spacious living and dining room has two comfortable sofas, a dining area with 4 chairs, air conditioning and a flat-screen TV with British and international channels. Fibre-optic Wi-Fi allows you to work comfortably from home, make video calls and use streaming services.
The living room opens directly onto the large covered terrace. Thanks to its south-facing position, you can enjoy long hours of sunshine and views over the sea and coastline.
Fully equipped kitchen
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The washing machine and tumble dryer are also located in the kitchen.
Two bedrooms and two bathrooms
The main bedroom has a double bed measuring 160 × 200 cm, air conditioning and a private bathroom. The bathroom has a bath, washbasin, toilet and hairdryer.
The second bedroom has two single beds measuring 90 × 200 cm and air conditioning. The second bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet.
Large terrace with sea views and sliding glass panels
The spacious covered south-facing terrace is one of the main advantages of this apartment. It overlooks the Mediterranean Sea, the beach and the Benalmádena coastline.
The terrace is furnished with a large dining table with 6 chairs and comfortable outdoor sofas. You can have breakfast in the sunshine, work online with sea views or relax with a drink at the end of the day.
The terrace can be fully enclosed with sliding glass panels, also known as glass curtains. This keeps it sheltered from the wind and allows you to use this additional living space comfortably during autumn and winter.
Swimming pool and direct access to the beach
Puerta del Mar has a communal garden with a lawn and sun loungers. The oval swimming pool offers views of the sea. Steps from the garden beside the pool lead directly down to the small, quiet beach. Larger beaches can be found in the direction of Benalmádena Marina.
The swimming pool is open seasonally. Outside the high season, it may be closed because of the weather, maintenance or limited demand.
