The apartment has a spacious living room with dining and sitting area, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious terrace with beautiful sea views. The apartment is right on the wide sandy beach in a quiet location at the end of the 8 kilometer long promenade Paseo Marítimo Rey de España. The apartment is cozy furnished with a sitting area with two comfortable leather sofas, a dining table with 6 chairs, a flat screen TV with some international channels and free wifi connection via fiber optic. The apartment has air conditioning / heating in the living room and bedrooms. The spacious terrace overlooking the sea and the promenade faces southeast. The terrace has comfortable patio furniture so you can enjoy a nice breakfast under the Spanish sun with fantastic sea views. Two bedrooms have sliding doors to the sea side terrace so you can sleep at night on the comfortable beds with a cooling sea breeze and the murmur of the sea. Size of the apartment 108m2 + 19m2 terrace.

Surroundings
Sunbeds and umbrellas are available for rent on the beach in front of the apartment. Within a 2 to 5 minutes walk from the apartment you will find a neighborhood supermarket, several restaurants and a bus stop that will take you to the center of Fuengirola for just over a euro. Also a 5-minute walk away is the Carvajal train station with direct connections to Malaga airport, the center of Fuengirola, Benalmádena, Torremolinos and the capital city of Malaga. In the center of Fuengirola you will find a wide selection of international and Spanish restaurants, bars and stores in the streets surrounding the square the "Plaza de la constitución". If you are looking for an apartment right on the beach with sea views and close to all the facilities but at sufficient distance from the noise of the nightclubs, then this is the ideal apartment.

Bedrooms
Three bedrooms with wardrobe space. The master bedroom has a top quality HÄSTENS bed of 2.10 X 2.10. The bedroom has a sliding door to the terrace and air conditioning / heating and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom has a sliding door to the terrace, 2 single beds together 90 X 200 with good mattresses and air conditioning / heating. The third bedroom has two excellent single beds (trundle bed) of 90 X 200 with quality mattresses and air conditioning / heating and a fan.

Bathrooms
There are two bathrooms. The main bathroom has a bathtub, a bathroom cabinet with sink and a toilet. The second bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. There is a hair dryer.

Terrace
The spacious terrace faces southeast so you can enjoy a delicious breakfast in the morning in the sun with beautiful views of the sea and the beach. On the terrace are a table with six patio chairs plus 2 lounge chairs.

Swimming pool
There is no pool, but the Mediterranean sea and the wide sandy beach with sunbeds and umbrellas are right in front of the apartment.

Parking
There is an enclosed parking area with a communal parking space, subject to availability.

Car
For this apartment a car is not necessary because there is a bus stop and a train station within 5 minutes walk from the apartment. By train there is a direct connection to Malaga airport and the center of Fuengirola, Benalmadena, Torremolinos and Malaga.

Update 2024: In the spring of 2025, painting and maintenance work will begin on the facades of the building. This will take most of the year. This may cause some inconvenience at certain times, as the work will be carried out in phases and it is not certain when they will start or finish work on the apartment. Scaffolding and nets will be erected in front of the balconies. They will try to keep the inconvenience to a minimum.
