Fantastic holiday apartment with fantastic sea view and located directly on the wide sandy beach. The beach apartment is situated on a quiet location on the end of the 8 km long promenade Paseo Marítimo Rey de España in Carvajal - Fuengirola. The apartment is nicely furnished with a seating area with comfortable leather sofa and armchair, dining table with 6 chairs, flat screen TV with some international channels and FREE WiFi INTERNET via fiber optic. The apartment has air conditioning / heating and a ample terrace with fantastic views of the sea and the promenade. The terrace has comfortable terrace furniture to enjoy a tasty breakfast with fantastic sea views under the sun. Two of the bedrooms have sliding doors to the terrace, so you can sleep very well on comfortable beds with the sound of the sea in the background. On the beach in front of the apartment are sunbeds and parasols for hire. Within 5 minutes walking from the apartment you will find a well stocked supermarket, several restaurants and a bus stop to the center of Fuengirola. It’s also 5 minutes walking to the train station in Carvajal with direct connection to the Malaga airport, the center of Fuengirola, Benalmádena, Torrmolinos and Málaga Capital. Looking for an apartment right on the beach with sea view and close to all amenities but far enough away from the noise of the nightclubs, then this is the ideal apartment.

Three bedrooms, all with enough wardrobes. The master bedroom has, a sliding door to the terrace, air conditioning / heating, a flat screen TV and a TOP QUALITY HÄSTENS BED of 2.10 meter X 2.10 meter. The second bedroom has a sliding door to the terrace, ceiling fan and 2 single beds of 90 X 200 placed together with very good mattresses. The third bedroom is located on the north and therefore has no air conditioning but a ceiling fan and two excellent single beds 90 X 200 with top quality mattresses.
Two bathrooms. The master bathroom has a bathtub, bath furniture with washbasin and a toilet. The second bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. There is a hairdryer.
The spacious terrace is located on the southeast so you can enjoy a delicious breakfast with stunning sea views in the morning sun. The terrace has a table with six chairs plus 2 relaxing sun chairs.
There is no swimming pool, but the mediterranean sea and the wide sandy beach with sun beds and umbrellas are right front of the apartment.
There is a closed parking area with a private parking.
For this apartment a car is not really necessary because there is a bus stop and a train station within 5 minutes walk from the apartment. By train there is a direct connection to the Malaga airport and to the center of Fuengirola, Benalmadena, Torremolinos and Malaga.

In order to improve the quality of your check-in on site, we recommend that you pay the full amount before your arrival. This is the total amount including extras and deposit. Arrival outside office hours. After 17:00 hours or in the weekend, the entire amount must be paid in advance.
Upon arrival on Monday to Friday before 17:00 you will be personally checked in and escorted to your holiday accommodation. The keys will then be handed over to you in our office. For arrivals after 17:00 you can get keys from one of our key safes. The route and details will then be sent to you by e-mail.
Please note that for this accommodation a security deposit of € 250,00 is required. This security deposit will be refunded to your bank account after your departure if the accommodation and the interior are in the same condition as on arrival. For more information please see our Rental Conditions.
