The apartment

The apartment is located on the ground floor and is directly accessible without stairs or lift. A lift is available from the garage to the apartment. The spacious layout offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. The open plan living-dining kitchen features a lounge sofa and sliding doors to the covered terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher.

Three bedrooms in total, two with a double bed. The third bedroom has two single beds. All bedrooms have air conditioning and a wardrobe. Two well-appointed bathrooms with shower serve the apartment.

The terrace is the heart of the apartment: partially covered, with a lounge corner and a dining table for six, and a tranquil view over the garden and the Mijas mountains. Step outside and you are immediately in the green surroundings of the complex.

• Castles: Sohail Castle in Fuengirola at 12 kilometres and Gibralfaro Castle in Málaga at 40 kilometres distance
• Historic sites: the old city centre “Casco Antiguo” in Marbella at 20 km and the Alcazaba in Málaga at 40 km distance
• Museums: In Málaga, 40 km away, you will find dozens of museums worth visiting, including the famous Picasso Museum, the Centre Pompidou, the Carmen Thyssen Museum, the Car Museum, etc.

• Walking: From the old watchtower in La Cala you can walk along the beautiful coastal path (El Sendero) along the beach to the marina of Cabopino (6.8 km in total). The old watchtower is located in La Cala, 4 km from the holiday apartment
