Two bathrooms. The master bathroom has a bathtub with shower over bath, a washbasin and a toilet. The second bathroom has a shower, a bathroom cabinet with sink and a toilet.
TERRACE
The terrace is partly covered and south facing. On the terrace you can relax on the lounge sofa or enjoy a nice breakfast at the patio table with four chairs. From the terrace there are views of the communal garden with swimming pool and to the surrounding area.
SWIMMING POOL
Prados del Golf has a communal swimming pool with a children swimming pool.
Update 2023: Due to the drought measures introduced by the Junta de Andalucia, the pools and outside showers / toilets will remain closed at least until further notice.
GARDEN
Prados del Golf is a small complex of four apartment buildings of only three stories high and has a cozy garden with pool. Prados del Golf is located just 1 kilometer (15 minutes walking) from the beautiful sandy beach of La Cala de Mijas. La Cala is a charming former fishing village with many restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and a weekly market.
PARKING
You have your own private parking space in the underground garage with a lift to the apartment.
