The beautiful duplex apartment is located in a tranquil green environment in Elviria - Marbella. The apartment is situated on the second floor (no lift) and has a partially covered south facing terrace with sea views. On the north side in front of the kitchen is a spacious terrace with a dining table with 6 chairs. The apartment has a cozy living room with a dining area and sliding doors to the terrace. One bedroom is located on the same floor as the living room and has a private bathroom and a sliding door to the terrace on the south. The second bedroom suite is on the top floor. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary equipment. In the resort is a large communal swimming pool with separate children's pool. There is private parking available in the underground garage.

Perla Blanca offers Mediterranean cuisine specializing in developing rice and seafood. It’s also a good place to enjoy a drink on the terrace at the beach. There are also sunbeds and umbrellas for hire. In Elviria about 1 km from the apartment are several restaurants, three supermarkets and some shops available for groceries. From the apartment is about 10 minutes drive to the fashionable resort of Marbella.

In order to improve the quality of your check-in on site, we recommend that you pay the full amount before your arrival. This is the total amount including extras and deposit. Arrival outside office hours. After 17:00 hours or in the weekend, the entire amount must be paid in advance.
Upon arrival on Monday to Friday before 17:00 you will be personally checked in and escorted to your holiday accommodation. The keys will then be handed over to you in our office. For arrivals after 17:00 you can get keys from one of our key safes. The route and details will then be sent to you by e-mail.
