The partly covered terrace is oriented to the southwest with beautiful views overlooking the pool area and sea and mountains. On the terrace are a lounge set, a dining table and an electric grill for all fresco dining. There is also one sun bed to put in the private garden.
Santa Maria Village features several swimming pools, a children pool, and sun terraces with free use of sun beds.
COVID-19 UPDATE: The swimming pools opened will we the ones of blocks 3-4, 12-13, and 7-8. Children pools and adults pool of block 14 are closed for works of adaptation. The main one is that the capacity will change to 30% (from 100 people to 30 at swimming pools of blocks 3-4 and 12-13, and from 52, to 15 people at swimming pool of blocks 7-8). In addition, you must maintain the necessary distances in the common areas. A minimum of 2 meters
Cleaning and hygiene measures must be increased in the facilities (showers and toilets will remain closed) One od the employees will disinfect railings and other areas. Sunbeds will be removed for logic hygienic reasons, so owners and residents will be allowed to take their own sunbeds (must be removed if not using pool areas) Every user of the pool must keep the standards and maintain hygiene with the help of hygienic gel or something similar.

In order to improve the quality of your check-in on site, we recommend that you pay the full amount before your arrival. This is the total amount including extras and deposit. Arrival outside office hours. After 17:00 hours or in the weekend, the entire amount must be paid in advance.
Upon arrival on Monday to Friday before 17:00 you will be personally checked in and escorted to your holiday accommodation. The keys will then be handed over to you in our office. For arrivals after 17:00 you can get keys from one of our key safes. The route and details will then be sent to you by e-mail.
