Next to the pool is a generous hardwood sun terrace and a sunbathing lawn where you can sunbathe. The apartment was built in 2013 and is comfortably furnished in a fresh and modern style with a leather lounge sofa, with two armchairs, a dining area with 6 chairs and a large flat-screen TV with some English and international channels. There is FREE WIFI INTERNET available. The apartment has central air conditioning/heating in all rooms and a large south-facing terrace with panoramic sea, coastal and mountain views. The terrace has a luxury terrace table with 6 comfortable chairs and 2 sun loungers.
The apartment is located in the resort of Campos del Mar in a beautiful location with panoramic sea and coastal views. Campos del Mar is located in the slightly higher part of Calahonda. This is also the reason for the fantastic views, far from the noise of bars and discos. The apartment is very conveniently located for golf, tennis and beach holidays.
It is 1 km to 3 km away from several supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars. Calahonda beach is at 3.5 km distance.
There is a privé parking space available in the underground car park.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds of 90 X 200. The third bedroom also has 2 single beds of 90 X 200. All the beds have excellent mattresses.

Two bathrooms. The main bathroom has a walk in shower, a bathroom cabinet with sink and a toilet. The second bathroom has a shower cubicle, a washbasin and a toilet.

Spacious terrace oriented to the south with dining table with 6 chairs and 2 sun beds. The terrace is completely covered, so there is sun in the morning during a delicious breakfast, and shade in the afternoon. From the terrace you can enjoy the beautiful views of the Mediterranean sea and coast.

Outside high season the pools may be closed.
