The apartment is located in the resort of Campos del Mar in a beautiful location with panoramic views of the sea and the coast. The resort of Campos del Mar is located in the somewhat higher part of Calahonda. This is also the reason for the fantastic views, far from the noise of bars and discos. The apartment is very conveniently located for golf, tennis and beach vacations.
The apartment is 1 km to 3 km away from several supermarkets, stores, restaurants and bars. The beach of Calahonda is 3.5 km.
There is a privé parking space available in the underground parking garage.

Two bathrooms. The master bathroom has a bathtub and a separate shower, a washbasin, a toilet, a bidet and a hair dryer. The second bathroom has a shower, a washbasin and a toilet.
Terrace
The apartment has a large covered south facing terrace with fantastic sea and coastal views. On the terrace you can enjoy your breakfast or dinner at the patio table with 6 chairs or relax on the lounge sofa with comfortable armchair.
Swimming pool
Communal swimming pool with sun terrace and outdoor shower.
During summer months the resort has sun beds to use by the pool. You can use the owner's foldable sunbeds ( 4 pieces), if the communal sunbeds cannot be used. Outside high season the pools may be closed.
Update 2023: Due to drought problem on the Costa del Sol, swimming pools remain closed until further notice.

You have your own private underground parking place with lift to the apartment.
