Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, Nespresso machine, citrus juicer, kettle and toaster.

Bedrooms

The apartment has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed measuring 160 x 200 cm, two bedside tables, a wardrobe and air conditioning with heating. The second bedroom has a smaller bed measuring 150 x 190 cm, a bedside table, a chest of drawers and air conditioning with heating. This bed is suitable for one adult or two small children. Both bedrooms have shutters for blackout. A baby cot and high chair are available on request.

Bathroom

There is one bathroom with a shower, washbasin, toilet and hairdryer. The washing machine is also located in the bathroom.

Terrace

The apartment has a south-facing covered terrace, with views over the surrounding area towards the sea and coastline. A pleasant place for breakfast, dinner or a relaxing moment in the lounge set.

Swimming pool

The communal swimming pool can be reached via a few steps. There are no sun loungers available. Children under 14 may only use the pool under the supervision of an adult. The pool is usually open all year round, but it is not heated.

Outside the high season, the pool may be temporarily closed, for example for maintenance or due to drought.

Parking

Free street parking is available, subject to availability. The apartment does not have a private parking space.

Please note that the apartment is less suitable for guests who have difficulty walking stairs. It is located on the first floor and can only be reached by stairs, as there is no lift. The swimming pool can also only be reached via a few steps.
