The charming apartment has a south-facing terrace with partial sea views.
Its central location within walking distance of restaurants, a supermarket and the beach makes this a great place to spend the winter in Spain.
The compact but charming apartment has everything you need. It is beautifully decorated and has a living/dining room with an open kitchen, as well as a terrace with partial views of the sea and the coast of Mijas Costa. The terrace has a lounge set for four people, consisting of a sofa with two chairs and a low table.

 

There are two bedrooms and one bathroom. The fapartment is comfortably furnished in a modern style and features a sitting area with a sofa and a flat-screen TV with English and other international channels, as well as a dining area with two chairs and a wooden bench. Free WiFi internet is available. The apartment has central air conditioning/heating in all rooms.

 

The apartment "Casa Mira" is very centrally located in the lower part of Riviera del Sol. Supermarkets, various bars, restaurants, a chemist, a taxi rank and a playground are all within walking distance. For an unforgettable day at the beach, you can also visit the popular Max Beach Pool and Beach Club, which is 300 metres from the apartment. From there, you can follow a beautiful natural footpath alongside the sea towards La Cala de Mijas or Cabopino. There are many atmospheric restaurants, chiringuitos and bars along the way. The Riviera 11 sportclub for fitness, padel and tennis only 400 meters. And there is a playground at about 200 meters. There are bus stops for Marbella or Fuengirola on the coastal road, 300 metres from the apartment.

 

The apartment is ideally located for a golf, tennis or beach holiday

 

Marbella and Fuengirola are about a 15-minute drive away, and the charming former fishing village of La Cala de Mijas is only a 5-minute drive away. Malaga airport is only half an hour's drive away.

 

The apartment is located on the first floor, which is accessible via a staircase. There is no lift. As the building has only one floor, there are no upstairs neighbours. The complex has a communal swimming pool. The apartment is located on the corner of the El Saladito commercial centre, which has several restaurants. The apartment is directly above George's Restaurant Bar, which is open daily from approximately 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as delicious cocktails. The Supercor Express supermarket is only a 130-metre walk away and is open 365 days a year until 1am.

Bedrooms
There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200 cm), two bedside tables, a wardrobe, and air conditioning/heating. The second bedroom has a small bed (150 x 190 cm), a chest of drawers for clothes, a bedside table and air conditioning/heating. Both rooms have blinds to block out light. A cot and high chair are available on request.

 

Bathroom
There is one bathroom. This has a shower, washbasin, toilet and hairdryer. The washing machine is also located in the bathroom.

 

Terrace
The apartment has a south-facing covered terrace with views of the surrounding area, the sea and the coast. You can enjoy a delicious breakfast or dinner on the terrace or simply relax in the loungeset.

 

Swimming pool
The communal swimming pool can be accessed via a few steps. There are no sun loungers. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. The pool is usually open all year round (not heated). 

Outside of the high season, the pool may be closed for maintenance or due to drought.

 

Parking
Free on-street parking is available, subject to availability. There is no private car park.

 

Car
A car is not really necessary for this centrally located holiday accommodation.

Please note that the apartment is not suitable for people with difficulty climbing stairs.
The flat is on the first floor and can only be accessed via stairs, as there is no lift. The swimming pool is also only accessible via steps. Due to its central location near all local amenities, you will notice more of the immediate surroundings than you would at a more remote location.
