The apartment is stylishly and comfortably furnished with a lounge area with sofa and armchair and a dining area with 4 chairs. The apartment has central air conditioning/heating in all rooms and a spacious terrace with panoramic sea, coastal and mountain views. The terrace has a luxurious dining table with 4 comfortable chairs and a sunbed.



The beautiful apartment complex Las Palmeras is quietly located in the upper part of Calahonda, yet only a 5 minute drive to the beach. Its elevated location allows you to enjoy beautiful views of the sea, coast and mountains of Mijas, far from the noise of bars and discos. The apartment is conveniently located for golf, tennis and the beach. There are several supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars between 1km and 3km from the apartment. The beach of Calahonda is 3,5 km away.
Private parking is available in the underground garage.


La Siesta Golf and tennis club Club Del Sol  are both within 2 km.

Bedrooms
Two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning/heating. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, sliding doors to the terrace, and a double bed of 180x200. The second bedroom has 2 single beds of 90X200. The beds are equipped with high-quality mattresses. The sofa in the living room is a sofa-bed so in total it can sleep up to 6 guests. High chair and baby cot are available on request.


Bathrooms
Two bathrooms. Main bathroom with bathtub, bathroom bath furniture with two washbasins, toilet and bidet. Second bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.


Terrace
Spacious covered terrace orientated on the southeast with fantastic views to the sea, the coast and the Mijas mountains. The terrace has a patio table with 6 chairs and also 2 sunbeds. The terrace is ideally situated to enjoy your alfresco breakfast under the Spanish sun with beautiful views over the sea and coast.


Swimming pool

  • Communal swimming pool with sun terraces and free sun loungers.
  • The pools are open during the summer months. (Except for maintenance or drought measures)
  • We kindly ask you to respect the community rules and the safety measures announced on the pool sign.
  • It is not allowed to take glassware into the pool.
  • The pools are closed during the winter months.

Update November 2023: Due to drought problem on the Costa del Sol, coastal swimming pools may remain closed until further notice.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Block 8 will be repainted from approximately December 2023 to the end of April 2024. Mobile platforms will be used instead of scaffolding to minimise inconvenience and the possibility of break-ins.

Payment and key collection

To ensure a smooth on-site check-in, we ask that the full amount be paid 6 weeks before arrival.

Check-in and key collection
Due to Covid-19 regulations, contactless check-in has become a standard procedure for check-in and key collection since 2020. This contactless check-in works to the satisfaction of most guests. You will receive a link from Check-in Scan from us well before arrival. Using that link, you can open an application on your laptop, tablet, iPad or mobile phone so that you can check in passports at your leisure at home in advance. You can then collect the keys from one of the key safes at the Centro Nórdico on the Carretera de Mijas just outside Fuengirola. Well before arriving in Spain, we will send you an e-mail with the address and directions to the key safe at Centro Nórdico including all the necessary information about the accommodation. If you prefer to be checked in personally, this is possible by prior arrangement with us during normal office hours. We will then meet you at the accommodation to hand over the keys, and provide all necessary information.

This accommodation is not available for weekends only, parties and or celebrations.
