The flat is located frontal to the sea on the second floor (with lift). From the terrace you can enjoy the breathtaking sea views and the subtropical garden with pool and bar. From the garden you have direct access to the beach and the adjacent beach restaurant El Capricho. The apartment has air conditioning in all rooms and is nicely furnished with comfortable seating and good quality beds. FREE WIFI INTERNET ACCESS. There is an underground parking garage with lift to the apartment.
The resort Mi Capricho has 2 swimming pools and a children's pool, playground equipment for children and a Beach Tiki bar in high season (depending on the license). In high season, the sun beds around the pool can be rented at the bar for +/- 4 euro per day (limited number). Next to the resort is the cosy beach restaurant El Capricho with a terrace on the beach. Here you can order delicious fish and other dishes for a reasonable price, or enjoy a drink with a view of the beach and sea. You can also hire beach beds and parasols here. A 20-minute walk (1.7 km.) or 5-minute taxi ride along the beautiful beach path will bring you to the picturesque little port of Cabopino with its various restaurants and a beautiful dune area with a naturist beach. The most beautiful sandy beaches on the Costa del Sol are located between Elviria and Marbella at 5 minutes drive from the flat. Mi Capricho is centrally located between Malaga and Marbella. Shops, café, supermarkets, banks, bars and restaurants are within 5 to 15 minutes walking distance via a footbridge to the centre of Calahonda.

Swimming pool
Mi Capricho has two beautifully landscaped subtropical swimming pools with sunbathing areas, children's pool, children's playground, showers and toilets and a bar in the summer months. In high season, sun beds around the pool can be hired from the bar for 4 euro per day (limited number). Only owners and tenants are allowed. No outside guests can be invited.
Garden
Beautifully landscaped subtropical gardens with palm trees and two large kidney shaped pools with outdoor bar, children's play area and direct access to the beach and beach restaurant El Capricho. The bar is only open in the summer months (subject to licensing). The beach in front of the flat is partly sandy and partly rocky. At the beach restaurant El Capricho next to the resort, beach beds can be rented.

Auto
To see more of the beautiful surroundings a car is recommended. But because there are several restaurants, shops, supermarkets and a bus stop within 5 to 15 minutes walking distance, a car is not really necessary.
