HOLIDAY APARTMENT
Completely new furnished 2 bedroom apartment in Green Hills (Riviera del Sol) From the terrace you enjoy the views over the Miraflores golf course and the Mediterranean sea. The apartment is fully equipped with free WiFi, smart TV with international channels and air conditioning cooling / heating throughout the house. The sitting area has two comfortable 2 seater sofa´s and a dining table with 6 chairs. The open kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, and electric table grill. In the master bedroom there is a box spring bed of 180x200. This bedroom has a private bathroom with bath and shower and sliding doors to the terrace. In the hallway there is a separate bathroom with shower and toilet. The second bedroom has two separate single beds of 90 x 200. This bedroom overlooks the pool and the communal garden of the complex.
The complex Green Hills has a communal swimming pool surrounded by a beautifully landscaped subtropical garden. The garden and the swimming pool are easily accessible via the elevator or stairs. There are various spots on the sunbathing area around the pool where you can enjoy the sun. At the pool is an outdoor bar with terrace where you can enjoy a snack and a drink during the summer season.

SURROUNDINGS
Green Hills is just 800 meters from Clubhouse Miraflores Golf. A small shopping centre with a supermarket and several restaurants is 1 km away. 2 km from the apartment is the centre of Miraflores with several restaurants and two supermarkets. The beach is 1.5 km from the apartment at Calle Malva. Here you can park your car and walk along the coastal road to the beach via a footbridge, you will arrive at the beach restaurant Antonio. Here you can also make beautiful walks along the landscaped walking path (Sendero) to La Cala and towards Marbella.

COASTAL PLACES
The famous resort of Marbella with the luxury marina Puerto Banus can be reached via the coastal road in 15 minutes (18 kilometres) Halfway towards Marbella you pass the beautiful marina of Cabopino with the adjacent dune area and naturist beach. A little further you see the exit Elviria known for the beautiful wide sandy beaches with many beach bars and beach restaurants where you can rent sun beds with umbrellas. If you take the coastal road to the east you will reach the pleasantly busy resort of Fuengirola after 12 kilometres. Fuengirola is first and foremost known for the 8 kilometres long boulevard and the well-kept wide sandy beaches. The most famous square of Fuengirola is the PLAZA DE LA CONSTITUCIÓN. This square with the surrounding streets is the commercial heart of Fuengirola. Here, in addition to the many cozy terraces, you will also find a large number of well-known fashion chains alongside traditional Spanish shops and a wide range of international and typical Spanish restaurants.

KITCHEN
Fully equipped modern kitchen with induction hob, extractor, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, electric grill plate and washing machine.

BEDROOMS
There are two bedrooms, both with sufficient wardrobes and air conditioning / heating. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath, a sliding door to the terrace and a king size box spring of 180 x 200. The second bedroom has 2 single box springs of 90 x 200 that can be placed together. A baby cot and high chair are possible on request.

BATHROOMS
There are two bathrooms. The main bathroom has a bath with shower in the bath, a sink, toilet and a hairdryer. The second bathroom has a shower cabin, sink and a toilet.

TERRACE
Beautiful south terrace with views to the sea and Miraflores golf course. From both the living room and the master bedroom there is access to the terrace. On the terrace is a comfortable lounge set and dining table with 4 chairs where you can enjoy a delicious dinner

SWIMMING POOL
In the beautiful landscaped subtropical garden you will find the communal swimming pool with sunbathing area. Here you can also use sun beds for free. There are showers and toilets at the pool. At the pool is a bar with terrace where you can enjoy a snack and a drink in the summer months.

GARDEN
The subtropical gardens of the Green Hills resort are beautifully laid out and well maintained. The complex is completely fenced. Non-residents do not have access to the resort, so you can fully enjoy the peace and quiet atmosphere at the complex.

In order to improve the quality of your check-in on site, we recommend that you pay the full amount before your arrival. This is the total amount including extras and deposit. Arrival outside office hours. After 17:00 hours or in the weekend, the entire amount must be paid in advance.

Upon arrival on Monday to Friday before 17:00 you will be personally checked in and escorted to your holiday accommodation. The keys will then be handed over to you in our office. For arrivals after 17:00 you can get keys from one of our key safes. The route and details will then be sent to you by e-mail.

 

Please note that for this accommodation a security deposit of € 250,00 is required. This security deposit will be refunded to your bank account after your departure if the accommodation and the interior are in the same condition as on arrival. For more information please see our Rental Conditions.
