This beautiful renovated apartment is located on the 4th floor of the resort Torre de la Roca. There is an elevator. The charming and tastefully decorated apartment has just been refurbished in 2016. It has a bedroom, a modern bathroom with large shower, a kitchenette and air conditioning in the living room. There is a flat screen TV with some international channels and free Wi-Fi. The apartment is situated on the South West and the terrace offers wonderful views overlooking the sea and pool. The terrace is a wonderful place to have a nice drink and enjoy the sunset. In this accommodation you can enjoy the freedom of a self-catering apartment yet with the facilities of a holiday resort.
Perfect location in Torre de la Roca
Torre de la Roca is located at the beach on 5 min walking distance from the lively town centre of Torremolinos but yet far enough so you can enjoy a relaxing holiday. The Torre de la Roca apartments are situated on top of a rock, hence the name. It is a gated community with private parking, subject to availability. From the resort you have access to the beach via stairs or by a lift. The resort Torre de la Roca has a large swimming pool and garden with sunbeds, ideal for sunbathing. The pool opens from May to October, and the sunbeds in the garden are free except the months of July and August. The complex has a reception area, a social room with free wifi and TV, and a Bar & Restaurant where you can enjoy affordable daily menus and snacks.

The terrace of 6 m2 is oriented to the southwest and has a sun screen and a patio table with two chairs. From the terrace you can enjoy the lovely views of the sea and the communal garden with pool.

In order to improve the quality of your check-in on site, we recommend that you pay the full amount before your arrival. This is the total amount including extras and deposit. Arrival outside office hours. After 17:00 hours or in the weekend, the entire amount must be paid in advance.
Upon arrival on Monday to Friday before 17:00 you will be personally checked in and escorted to your holiday accommodation. The keys will then be handed over to you in our office. For arrivals after 17:00 you can get keys from one of our key safes. The route and details will then be sent to you by e-mail.
Please note that for this accommodation a security deposit of € 250,00 is required. This security deposit will be refunded to your bank account after your departure if the accommodation and the interior are in the same condition as on arrival. For more information please see our Rental Conditions.
