Cancellation due to COVID-19 travel restrictions
Should you need to cancel your booking due to Covid-19 travel restrictions in your country of residence, or due to travel restrictions imposed by Spain, you can cancel your booking up to 30 days prior to arrival free of charge. The amount paid will then be refunded.
If there are no known travel restrictions 30 days prior to arrival, but you have to cancel within 30 days to 48 hours prior to arrival due to travel restrictions as described above, you can, at your choice, change your booking to another date free of charge, or you will receive a credit note for the rental amounts already paid. This voucher can be used for a new booking on the date of your choice and for an accommodation of your choice on www.costaandaluciaholidays.com.
ADDITIONAL BENEFIT: Costa Andalucia Holidays only charges 20% deposit when making your booking. The balance can be paid up to 6 weeks before arrival.
Important information.
In case of cancellation based on the above provisions, you will need to provide documentary evidence, such as a doctor's certificate and/or documentation showing a travel restriction.
Health tests that may be required for travel are not covered by the above travel restrictions.
Any fees paid for travel insurance, and administration costs will not be refunded.
