A cot and high chair can be ordered.
In 2017 the apartment is completely newly furnished in a comfortable modern beach style. It’s equipped with air conditioning and heating, TV with some international channels through IPTV and high speed internet access via fiber optic. There are two terraces, one at the living room oriented to the southeast with partial sea view and 1 to the southwest at the bedroom. Therefore you can always find a place in the sun or in the shade. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a door to the terrace so you can easily and comfortably serve a delicious breakfast or a cool drink on the terrace.
At the Benalmádena Marina you will find a very wide choice of shops, restaurants, bars, nightclubs, water sports opportunities and a supermarket. Benalmádena Beach and all amenities are within 2 to 5 minutes walking distance. From the marina in Benalmádena you can walk to Torremolinos via the seafront promenade. In Torremolinos you will find a fantastic seafront promenade, beautiful beaches and a wealth of recreational opportunities. You can also enjoy a day in the famous capital of Malaga. By public transport, the cultural city of Malaga is easily accessible, and is definitely worth a visit.

There are 2 spacious terraces oriented to the southeast and southwest. The southeast terrace is accessible from the living room and the kitchen. Here is a lounge set consisting of a double sofa with two chairs and a awning/sunshade for the necessary cooling in the warm periods. The second terrace is next to the bedroom on the southwest. Here you will find a terrace table with 2 terrace chairs, to enjoy the sunshine and the beautiful sunset from the afternoon until the late evening.
The Mistral apartment complex features a communal garden with free use of the swimming pool. The swimming pool is only accessible to residents of this apartment building so usually it is not too busy at the pool.
There is free parking nearby on the surrounding streets.

Upon arrival on Monday to Friday before 17:00 you will be personally checked in and escorted to your holiday accommodation. The keys will then be handed over to you in our office. For arrivals after 17:00 you can get keys from one of our key safes. The route and details will then be sent to you by e-mail.
