Beautiful apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a south facing terrace with views over the pools to the sea and the coastline.

This comfortable apartment sleeps 5 and is located on the Mediterra Resort in Benalmádena on the Costa del Sol. The apartment has a spacious living room with lounge and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a large south-facing terrace with sea views. The terrace has a 6 seater dining table with 6 patio chairs and two comfortable chairs to relax in. The master bedroom has a large double bed, sliding doors to the terrace and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom sleeps 3, has a bunk bed and a single bed and its own bathroom. This accommodation is ideal for a relaxing long stay winter holiday.  

Mediterra is situated on a hill with fantastic views of the coast and the sea. Mediterra has a beautiful communal garden with palm trees and 3 swimming pools plus a separate children's pool. The pools are on different levels and connected by cascades. Toilets and showers are provided by the pools and sun loungers are free to use. Guests at Mediterra also have free use of the gym at the complex. Mediterra is within walking distance of Torrequebrada Golf Course and the padel courts at Finca las Caballeros Restaurant. Torrequebrada Playa beach is 2km from the complex. Its comfort, quiet location and proximity to the beach, golf and padel courts make this an ideal apartment for your holiday in Spain.

The pools are linked by cascades and fountains and surrounded by beautiful flowers and palm trees. Out of season the resort may decide to close the pool for maintenance, bad weather or low demand.

The luxurious Mediterra Resort has beautifully landscaped gardens with beautiful flowers and palm trees and a gazebo. The resort has a communal gym which is FREE to use.
