Terrace

• The spacious covered corner terrace faces south. On the terrace is a terrace table with 6 chairs. From the terrace you can enjoy the beautiful views l through the glass balustrade over the Mijas mountains, the Mediterranean Sea and the garden with swimming pool.

• You have your own private parking space in the underground car park.

Exterior of the apartment

• The resort New Horizon is fully fenced
• the communal pool is + / - 16m long x 7m wide and about 2m deep
• communal garden with palm trees and sunbathing lawn (you need to bring your own towels, you can rent them via our office prior to your arrival) the resort has provided 5 fixed parasols by the pool.
• outdoor shower by the pool

The swimming-pool will be open in summer and up to around the 15th September.
The swimming pool will be open from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. In winter the pool is closed.

Towels or personal belonging may not remain in the pool area, when the user is not in the enclosure.

Update October 2023: Due to a the draught, the pools on the Costa del Sol cannot be refilled and therefor used till further notice.
